Orders placed on or after Thursday 22 December will not be shipped until the first week of January.
All surfboards and large items are sent with Tuffnells, TNT or Kuehne+Nagel. All couriers provide tracking with the exception of Tuffnells. Shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

However, we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.
In the event an item is out of stock, we will contact you and arrange to either dispatch the goods as soon as possible, provide an alternative item, or refund the item as appropriate.
You can return your product(s) with original packaging intact within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your order, please carefully package and post back to the below address, including a copy of your packing slip advising if you would like a refund or exchange.

Firewire does not provide a pre-paid delivery/collection service for returns. Exchange items shipped back to the customer will be chargeable at the advertised rates.
